“Blow-hard”

In the city park of Saratoga Springs, New York (playground of the rich and famous) are two of these fellows having, seemingly an olympic squirtgun marksmanship contest. They’re shooting at each other, but both falling short. They never tire of this activity for years on end. Simple minds are easily amused.
