For instance, if four of you stay on campus, it will probably cost you $700 or more, APIECE! This apartment, divided among four of you (including utilities) will come to about $350 each on the average (based on year-round occupancy,) depending on your energy consumption. That leaves an awful lot of money left over for food or skiing, or whatever! *More privacy > for better grades > for a higher future income! * Not the usual small, cramped quarters - Spacious, plenty of room for family or 3-4 students, ABOUT 1400 SQUARE FEET! (Imagine actually having your own space to think and get organized!) * Three large bedrooms (largest is 16 feet by 14 feet.) (Think about that... measure it out... that's BIG!!)

*We're running a business downstairs (and this is an apartment, but it's also a neighborhood): LOUD parties and underage drinking will not be tolerated. *No smoking on the property, including the back lot. *No pets *No walking on roofs. *Absolutely no illegal drugs or other illegal activities. *Because of potential property damage, we do not allow waterbeds. Please see our lease for further information on house rules.

For an appointment to see the apartment, please call the above numbers, preferably in advance. We are not available to show the apartment from Friday evening to Saturday evening. However, we may be able to show it at times other than those listed above.
